Terms and conditions
We have set the following house rules for our guests:
- Smoking or vaping is strictly not allowed within the building
- Pets are not allowed.
- Parties / events / large gatherings are not allowed.
- A maximum of 2 guests per room (4 for the junior suite) are allowed.
- The minimum age for check-in is 21
Check In / Check Out
Check in time: from 4pm on the day of arrival
Check Out time: no later than 10am
Early check in and late check out times are subject to availability, please enquire ahead of your stay
The hotel operates on a self-check-in basis and there will be no member of staff on site.
Child policies
Children of any age are welcome.
To see correct prices and occupancy information, please add the number of children in your group and their ages to your search.

Cots can me made available upon request but cannot be guaranteed

An additional bed may be possible, please enquire for availability.
Payment Policy
- Depending on the prepaid rate you have booked, prepayment of the full amount may be required to secure your booking.
- We reserve the right to require a damage deposit from guests of £100, collected by credit card up to 7 days prior to arrival to be refunded up to 7 days after checkout.
- Payments are not accepted at the property, including cash payments.

Cancellation is free of charge 7 days prior to the date of arrival, after this time we charge you 100% the room rate as cancellation fee.
